We heard of introspection - as a dictionary would define it - examination of one's own conscious thoughts and feelings. It all starts with knowing ourselves & having a purpose of our life. The Karma philosophy states the purpose of human life simply as do sincerely what we are "intended" to do. A student has a purpose to study, a soldier has a duty to safeguard & fight for the nation, a farmer's Karma is farming,  a wife has a karma of taking care of the family & home. As we face many difficulties, problems & issues in this life, we look for inspirations, motivations & solutions around us. Here, the Karma philosophy further asserts - never give up, stand up & keep going. This spark is what we call a "Hope" & it is a linkage of the Universe Energy. So, to do our karma well, we always carry hope to do well in life & thus get connected to the Universe energy consciously or unconsciously. We realize this Universe energy through various forms. Reiki is a form of a Universe energy, also called a healing energy, enlightened to the world by Dr. Mikao Usui.

 

The pathway to the universe energy or Reiki Energy is our intent. Pure intent of the healer, one who is the channel of Reiki energy to pure intent of the recipient is what creates a bond with universe's Reiki energy. Thus a healer, has to be careful about the thoughts, wishes and intentions, same as the recipient has to do. Nothing heals better than positive mindful thoughts, honest intentions & sincere efforts. Nothing yields better if faith & trust has immersed in the heart of the beneficiary of Reiki energy.

  

Reiki is the way of life based on five principals - be always grateful in life to all, be sincere in your work & love everyone; don't worry or be angry in the day as we trust the Universe will offer His guidance every moment. Whichever religion or faith we follow, Reiki energy heals all alike at physical mental, emotional & spiritual levels. Reiki can be offered and accepted irrespective of physical distances between the healer and beneficiary. So if I'm in India & you are anywhere on the globe, Reiki connects us by what is known as distant Reiki healing.

The Karmic equations of each one of us, defines our daily life - "as we sow, so shall we reap". Our daily sufferings physically or mentally or emotionally for a period of time or life time, are based on our karma's of this life or past life. There is no escape from the grind of Karmic wheel, but Reiki makes this journey easier & more acceptable to us with less pain or no pain at all. Reiki is not instant recipe of healing, but as the time progresses with Reiki healing, there comes a moment when we can understand & feel the healing that has happened to us, as we put back the pieces from where we started our Reiki healing journey. To understand the healing process, we must know that our spiritual aura is the Highest level in the pyramid of our body and soul. The physical state is the lowest level with mental and emotional levels being in between. A  problem of any kind has a complex relation between these levels, beyond our apprehension.
